Guest guest
this is one of my favourite recipes when i'm not feeling like doing a whole lot in the kitchen. it smells weird when it's uncooked, but it comes out really well. you'll be amazed. i got the idea from the " simply heavenly " cookbook (which i LOVE). here you go: 1 cup soy flour 1 cup tomato juice 1 cup water salt and garlic or onion powder to taste bake at about 350 in a loaf pan (although i often use a small brownie pan) till it's set-- about 45 minutes to an hour. goes great with any of cour favourite veggie side dishes. i like to do sweet potato chips with it (slice sweet potato into rounds, spray with oil, bake at 350 till soft) melody http://www.flawlessfitness.com http://www.melodysmusic.net
