Guest guest
This was made pretty loosely. Just threw some items in so I don't really have specific amounts. I did really enjoy this though and will be making it again several times. Water (close to 2 cups) Dried Seaweed (handful) Green Onion (one green tip, diced) Garlic (2 bulbs, sliced) Cilantro (few sprigs, chopped) Chile Soy Paste (a blop of it) Miso (about a Tbsp.) Take first 5 ingredients and microwave (the more you microwave the more tender the seaweed will become). Take out of microwave and wait a couple of minutes until it has cooled down a bit (don't want it boiling). Add Chilie Soy Paste and the Miso. Stir. Let flavor mingle for a bit. I added about a couple of teaspoons of chile-garlic sauce. As far as I can tell this is vegan unless the sugar in the Chile Soy Paste is not (or any other mystery ingredient, preservatives and whatnot). I'm sure vegans know what to use to veganize it.
