Houston's Restaurant Veggie Burger recipe

These do sound wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing

the recipe. i do know one item i will be subbing out when

i make them... BEETS! Yucky-patooey! *lol*

Guess we all have one or two veggies we never acquired a

taste for, eh?

i'll just toss in some carrots or zucchini instead. :)

I used them (I love beets) but I kind of wondered why they were in

there in the first place...such a small amount. Maybe for the

sweetness and color?

I think you're right. Color and sweetness but I can certainly see

something else in their place for that little amount.

I have to get those together and make them soon.
