Guest guest Posted January 29, 2006 Report Share Posted January 29, 2006 Good morning, Cath! Isn't cast iron amazing? I love collecting it and the wok is the one piece to be used the most! I enjoy baking in cast iron too. Every thing comes out so perfect and cornbread IMO isn't the same unless baked in cast iron. Wok..I just donated a nice carbon steel wok because I could not keep it seasoned right. I have read that stainless steel woks are not so good to use. If any one has used a SS wok, Please do share your experience with me.
