Something none of the news teams or news articles have mentioned:

 

Both E.coli O157:H7 and Hepatitis A can survive FREEZER STORAGE.

 

If present, they can multiply slowly even at 44 °F and even freezing

won't kill them. Thorough cooking to 185°F is the ONLY safeguard

against infection. " Wilting " spinach or greens with boiling water

will not do it, you must cook them completely.
