I just made a note to look for the recipe when I get home.

I love recipes usung nutritional yeast. Thank you!

It really looks like a good cookbook.

Donna! There is a great spinach pie recipe in there... or at least

the spinach pie that I now make originally came from there.... It's a

mix of onions, tofu, spinach, nutritional yeast, it has oil.. .. I

think that's it.. put it in a pan and cover with a crust...oooh

yummm.. I need to make this again.. actually.. what is even better

is I make that filling and then I make little dough pockets and we

have tofu spinach pockets... great for parties (finger food!) and

just plain yummy.

 

even my mil (who is REALLY picky) loved these!

Amy gave me this book and I haven't used it yet but I plan on making

something soon.

Looks like a keeper to me.
