I've had this book a few years but yesterday I made my first recipe out

of it - Green Barley with Kale Gratin. (First time I've ever cooked

with kale.)

 

OMG! This is sooo good. This morning I made the breakfast millet out

of the book. The cooked millet was very plain and I had to sweeten it up.

 

I'm wondering if anyone else uses this book and what do you like from

it? It's a fairly comprehensive volume.
