Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 I've had this book a few years but yesterday I made my first recipe out of it - Green Barley with Kale Gratin. (First time I've ever cooked with kale.) OMG! This is sooo good. This morning I made the breakfast millet out of the book. The cooked millet was very plain and I had to sweeten it up.
