Ha Ha Ha..... : - ))))--- It sounds more like Satan to me... I'll have to think

of your far off dream land, next time I hear it called that. LOL I've never

thought Gluten sounded bad. Hee Hee..

I don't know. Seitan sounds evil, Gluten sounds

globby and gummy, Wheatmeat doesn't even sound good.

Like the singer formerly known as Prince it will have

no name that can be uttered.

My husband has that shirt! :) The AR group I used to run did a bit on a

talk show on how to cook seitan. We all wore little red horns on our heads

to help people remember the name when they went to the store. I had people

coming up to me all the time after that in the grocery store to help them

find it. :)
