It is a premade frozen product, like Boca, or Morningstar Farms. Comes in

different shapes: roast, cutlets, etc. Quite good! Only, something (egg

white, maybe....been too long, and now I don't remember) in it that makes it

not vegan. But, quite tasty if you are vegetarian, and not vegan.

 

Check around at your local markets to see if they have it. I have found it

in regular grocery stores as well as the health food types. But it is a bit

more difficult to find than the other two brands I mentioned above, at least

around here. Well worth a few minutes on the phone calling around town.
