Water Convolvulus( Kang Kong)

Hi Wee, That's also called " Water Spinach " . I've used it cooking Thai

food. You are 100% right, it is delicious, sometimes I substitute

spinach for it if I can't find it fresh. It's not like Fiddleheads at

all. Flavorwise, Asparagus is close. There is really nothing like the

texture of Fiddleheads really.
