ok ok ok,, you are dragging it out of me.... LOL This is very important to know

if you are planning on marrying eggplant, chanda... rofl here is what I sent

out.

I thought you might find this interesting. Do you know how to tell a male

eggplant apart from a female eggplant? Here it is.

The female eggplant has a round tan spot on the bottom of the eggplant. It

will have very few seeds and is sometimes has a bitter taste.

The male eggplant has a tan line on the bottom of the eggplant. It will

have lots more seeds than the female and will be more enjoyable to taste,

IMHO

I always look for the males ones. I love the seeds in it. Just think of

the male and female human anatomy to remember this little tidbit of info.

Just thought you might want to know!!!

Enjoy,

Judy

Re: What veggies won't you eat?

I personally can't stand asparagus (sp?). My daughter loves it (go

figure!). I'm also not fussy for eggplant. I love to eat raw turnip,

but can only tolerate the taste if it is in a stew or soup - won't eat

it mashed, even with potatoes or carrots.

I'm confused. Here it says the male has more seeds and in Donna's

post she says that the female has more seeds. It sems like there

are two polar definitions. Am I crazy or do you and Donna need to

put the boxing gloves on and come to a mutual conclusion?
