Guest guest Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 Radish Kimchee 1 large radish root (about 2#?), julienned scallion garlic onion ginger root Korean chile powder sugar roasted sesame seeds bit of white vinegar Sprinkle salt on radish, don't use too much because you don't rinse this one either. Sprinkle on sugar. Whirl couple cloves garlic, about 1-1 1/2 " ginger root, and onion. Mix in, along with a couple tsp. sugar, Korean chile powder to taste, the sesame seeds, vinegar, and a touch of sesame oil if desired. Chill.
