Guest guest Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 Napa cabbage Kimchee 1 large Napa cabbage, washed & julienned scallion garlic onion ginger root Korean chile powder sugar roasted sesame seeds bit of white vinegar Sprinkle salt on cabbage, Let sit until soft and rinse WELL. Whirl couple cloves garlic, about 1-1 1/2 " ginger root, and onion. Mix in, along with Korean chile poweder to taste, sugar to taste, the sesame seeds, vinegar, and a touch of sesame oil if desired.
