Guest guest
Hi Louise, Not to lecture you but your medical condition and turn worse instead of better if you don't follow a very healthy diet. I suggest you try soy milk in small amounts and hopefully you will acquire a taste for it. It's hard for a vegetarian group to give you sound advice, better left for the doctors and dieticians. If you have renal problems many of vegetables contain high amounts of sodium or various minerals and you are probably restricted to high amounts of sodium and potassium. Has your doctor given you a guideline, a diet to follow, have you spoken to any dieticians or a nutritionist? You want to do everything in your power to prevent dialysis. Wishing you the best, Mya , " Louise " <lmfoster wrote: > > I haven't posted for a while, but boy has some stressful stuff being > going down in my life. > > Okay, as a memory refresher, I am a 30 y.o. female lacto-ovo > vegetarian.
