Guest guest Posted September 3, 2006 Report Share Posted September 3, 2006 Hungarian Noodles 1 6oz pkg. fine noodles, cooked 1 c. cottage cheese / non dairy works too 1 c. non dairy sour cream / or regular 1/4 c. finley - chopped onion 1 clove of garliced minced 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of tabasco sauce Dash of pepper 2 eggs well beaten 3 tbsp. grated American cheese / Soy cheese in little pieces works Drain noodles, stir in all ingredients except the cheese. Place in a sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a pan of hot water at 350* for 30 mins. Sprinkle w/ cheese cook 10 mins. longer. This feeds me and my 3 kids.
