Guest guest
First let me say that I think you people are great. Out of all the groups I'm in I enjoy reading these posts the most. I've been a vegetarian for 21 months now and I love the recipes I find here. The spinach and bean soup was great. I ate it for 3 days and never got tired of it. I added potatoes and green onions. I'm making it again today. Some one let me knoe when I can eat rice again. If ever. What else have they messed with? We just bought a house and I'm going to plant a veg, herb, flower garden. What's a good way to find out what is dangerous to my fur babies? The garden will be fenced but I want to be safe incase it gets raided. Plus the neighborhood cats and creatures. I haven't lost any weight since I started the veg diet. To much bread says the doc. I feel better tho. And my conscience is clearer. I'm sick less often too. I wish I didn't need deoderant any more! LOL! When my kids stopped drining milk their faces cleared up. They didn't believe me at first. They've told their friends too. Does any one here feed their dogs veg diet? Can you tell me about it? So far I've felt that their bodies are designed to eat meat but I also hate to support the meat industry by feeding them it. One of my fur babies is a wolf hybrid. I worry about her especially. Does it cost a lot more? Is there a company with s good product or is it better to pepare it myself? There's 5 so that is a consideration. What are good souces for B vit and calcium. Spinach is good for iron, right? But I'm hearing bad thing about spinach lately. What are some good places for make up and bath products? Can I really find animal free hair products that work as well as the ones that I feel guilty about? I know a lady I buy soap from and it's great! Washes off clean like Zest but leaves my skin soft like expensive animal soap. Thanks for having this group!
