I took out the " M " word :>) Apple Chai and Veggie Curry By ChefBitty 4 cups Oregon Chai Original Chai Concentrate 1 Onion, chopped 3 Stalks of Celery, chopped 3 Carrots, peeled and chopped 3 Tart Apples, peeled and chopped 3 Potatoes, chopped 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 4 cup Water 3 Tbsp. Curry Powder 1 cup Golden Raisins Optional: 2Tbsp. of corn starch You can add protein to this too, like garbonzo beans Saute veggies and apples with the olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender. Thicken, if you would like with a couple of Tbsp. of corn starch dissolved in cold water, make sure you bring to a full boil to get all of the thickening power from the starch.
