Neti Pot you bet it works!

I've had a neti pot since that very early 70's it's hippie-chic. I got it at

the Bodhi Tree in Hollywood and it's has a cool melted glass bead on top. Yes,

it does stop stinging and it works. I take no more allergy medication.

When my niece and nephews were kids they used to rub it and wait for the genie

to pop out. The older nephew was waiting for Barbara Eden.

Barbara Eden!! Ha Ha Ha!!!ROFLMAO!!! Thank you to all who responded.

I used (fine sea) salt, 1/2tsp salt to 8ozs distilled (I use filtered

water) warm water. It did clear out my sinuses, but it really stung

like the dickens. I am going to try buffering the solution with 1/4

tsp of baking soda. I have to say it really hurt, I can't believe I'm

gonna try it again!! Does this make me a machocist??
