Guest guest
Okay: here are my story and I'm sticking to it Before 1998 I weighed 145...I lost 45 lbs on MY OWN specific diet and kept at 100 lbs for six years...then boom last year something happened! Currently: 5' 3 " and 110lbs-- but last year I was only 100 lbs The thing is I only want to lose the five lbs around my middle because some parts of me look better now. Exercise every other day: I cardio glide 25 minutes --this really is a pretty good strong work out... I really sweat...heart rate up...you know I'm worried that it's this machine that has unnecessarily built up my torso to make me slightly off porportion Or I walk briskly for 50 minutes and use an ab smart when I'm ab smart...not too much of this lately being winter Also, I frequently go dancing on the weekends...That is a huge work out...leave dripping This I know works my whole body rather evenly. My diet is one that I have actually designed, written a book about and have every faith that it is not the problem My weight problem I think has to do with that stress hormone that is being blasted all over the TV here in the States....Cortosol??? You know anything bout that?? I'm looking for some info about that in particular and any NATURAL ways to combat this targetted weight. I am not ready for elastic band clothes! :) , " nadiana01 " <nadiana1 wrote: > > , " cuppa_2u " <cuppa_2u@> > wrote: > > > > Peas Porridge }{ot, Peas Porridge cold, Peas Porridge I've a pot-- five > > lbs bold!
