Erin, don't make the Lundberg

recipe yet. You know how it is when someone is excited about a recipe

or a restaurant and your expectations are disappointed in the end.

 

This made an impact on me because I was having guests for dinner and

tried this and it made a pleasing representation and a nice complement.

It was my first experience with Basmati rice and I fell in love with

it.

 

I made it another time when my SIL stopped by and it made an impact on

her. She'd never heard of Basmati rice.

 

I hated losing this recipe because I want to make it sometime again.

Each of the Lundberg recipes are quite different.

 

When it's a long time in between making something you start forgetting

which size grain, or which spices, etc.

 

I'm so thankful you still had the original bag in your cabinet!!!
