We came across a glass globe recently and my DD Sanna put it under the globe and put a sign 'Preserving Pooh' on it. I sold my Eeyore for $..25 in a garage sale years ago and have regretted it ever since. He was always my favorite. AmyF
Guest guest
I had a favorite stuffed animal as a girl (about 4 or 5) it was Elsie the cow, from Borden Milk Company. That was back when we got dairy delivered to the back door. The milk man thought I was cute and was good friends with my dad. He gave us one with out charge. She had a plastic head with molded horns and my grandmother would complain about the horns sticking her in her wings (the skin hanging from her arms) and then over the years (and after mom let my nieces and nephew play with it) Elsie just fell apart. I guess I was more attached than I thought, a few years ago I spotted one on Ebay, and paid a fair amount for her. She sits on my shelf next to the old hand crank sewing machine. My dad would laugh and tell me I was just born a hundred years too late. Dianna , akfral wrote: > > I haven't slept with one in years, but I do still have my vintage 1965 > Winnie the Pooh.
