Purchasing pre-packaged salad fixin's.

I agree with you! Why in the world are folks buying pre-packing salad

fixings?? Organic or not. Is salad that hard to prepare that we need to have

it

bagged too? I truly do know the work of growing and cleaning spinach

however, that does not stop me from buying fresh in bundles (organic or

not..what I

can get). I fill my kitchen sink with water, dump in the spinach, agitate it

a few minutes, scoop it out, drain the water and do this one more time. I

then spin it in my salad spinner which is an old pillow case and my arms on

the back porch. LOL )
