Guest guest
My standard seasoning mix, the one I use on salads, scrambled tofu, a lot of stir frys...anytime I don't want to think about creative seasoning, is onion powder, garlic powder, paprika (smoked or plain), fresh cracked black pepper, and fresh basil. I also love cumin, smoked paprika, garlic and chipotle together with fresh oregano. Back when I wasn't trying to cut back on salt (family history of high blood pressure), I used penzey's northwood's seasoning all the time, which has salt, sweet paprika, tellicherry black pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and chipotle. ~Rachael How low will we go? Guest guest
My cabinet is loaded with spices. The front row is my favorite selection: lemon & pepper seasoning, pepper flakes, onion and garlic powder, cumin and Mrs. Dash. Most of those good into my casseroles, soups and crock-pot recipes.
