Guest guest Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 Hi celeriac is the the root ball I lived in Germany for 23 years and make this by boiling it in your favourite broth till almost tender and then adding it to stews or cubing it and adding to salads with a strong dressing. I also make soup with it. It is best in the fall though with other roots.
