Hi

 

celeriac is the the root ball

I lived in Germany for 23 years and make this by boiling it in your favourite

broth till almost tender and then adding it to stews or cubing it and adding to

salads with a strong dressing.

In my house we peel it and cube it and boil it until

it is soft them add it to mashed potatoes and fennel.

Very yummy. I also make soup with it. It is best in

the fall though with other roots.
