ABM Scandinavian Rye Bread (bread machine recipe)

I Wanted to share it since bread machine recipes were

discussed yesterday. She posted her family favortites

and this is one of them.

ABM Scandinavian Rye Bread

Makes one medium size loaf.

 

 

1-1/2 cups rye flour

1-1/2 cups white bread flour

3/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. fennel seeds

1 tsp. caraway seed

1 tsp. orange peel, grated

2 tsp. yeast

1 cup water or milk

2-1/4 TB vegetable oil

2-1/4 TB molasses

 

Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order.

 

Use regular bread machine setting.

 

 

Ooh, ooh that smell

Ooh, ooh that smell

The smell of EPASOTE surrounds you.
