My mom who was a nurse and has seen plenty of wierd stuff said, most of the time you would feel a little unwell the next day and would be hit with the full-blown symptoms after. We actually ate Earthbound Farms spinach on THurs and then Fri for lunch! We have been working,e tc and out of the news loop. We spent Friday night and Sat looking for symptoms!
