Roxanne recipes

I agree. We are all adults and can modify, adapt, cut calories down

or make a recipe vegan and if not possible just look forward to the

next recipe being posted. If you really want to make a difference,

post a few healthy ones from your own recipe collection, you eat

often. I certainly feel all the groups recipes are better for us

than meat.

I would take a bowl of Top Tamen with msg over a steak any old day.

I can't compare those 2 at all.
