It is a Thai recipe I grew up with. my ingredients differ a bit and this recipe sounds great too, youcould try it a bit more Thai and add a ton of garlic and some cellophane noodles. these are noodles made of rice that are so thin that you need to cut them with scissors and to cook them all you do is soak them in hot water for a few minutes, then you can add them to the cabbage. Excellent with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie patty. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly Stir Fried Cabbage 1/2 head cabbage cut into chunks 1/2 med. size onion (jullienne cut) 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon dried basil 2 tablespoons Bragg's Aminos or soy sauce dash of smoked paprika to garnish Saute cabbage, onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly browned Add Bragg's Aminos and basil, cover and let simmer for apx. 15 min. until flavors are blended.
