Guest guest
there are lots of ways to make this. This is my way. In bread machine, on dough setting: 2 1/2 C flour 2 T sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 T butter, margarine or shortening, softened 1 beaten egg, or substitute 1 T milk 2/3 C lukewarm water 1 teaspoon active dry yeast (I usually use a full packet) after dough has risen (and you can use frozen bread dough but I like to make my own), bring the following to a boil, and remove from heat for 10 minutes 1 C sugar 1/4C brown sugar 1/4 C milk 1 T margarine or butter Tear dough into small balls and roll in mix of 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 C sugar. Put in greased Bundt pan (any kind will work, I'm just typing in my old recipe from Cooking Light). Pour sugar syrup over dough, cover and let rise 35 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Put cookie sheet under pan to catch drips (I cover mine with foil, I hate to scrub). Run into the corner and hide so no one else gets any. \ amyF
