Guest guest Posted August 26, 2006 Report Share Posted August 26, 2006 This is a favorite of mine..Easy and yummy side dish. Excellent with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie patty. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly Stir Fried Cabbage 1/2 head cabbage cut into chunks 1/2 med. size onion (jullienne cut) 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon dried basil 2 tablespoons Bragg's Aminos or soy sauce dash of smoked paprika to garnish Saute cabbage, onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly browned Add Bragg's Aminos and basil, cover and let simmer for apx. 15 min. until flavors are blended.
