I had a can of them given to us and tried this recipe. 1 can (14-19oz)chickpeas, rinsed and drained Preheat oven to 350f. Spread the chickpeas on a ungreased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes or unitl browned and crisp enough to rattle. Makes 4 servings Per serving 70 cal, 1g fat, 0g saturated fat, 4 g protein, 11g carbs, 3g dietary fiber, 0mg cholesterol, 10mg sodium I getting ready to try and make my own soynut will give report and recipe tomorrow. I can't remember exactly what I used but I think it was cumin & chilli powder. They were really nice! I guess you could flavour then in anything really!
