Guest guest Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 All To Myself Cheesecakes Recipe The Recipe Ingredients a.. 12 oreos cookies b.. 2-8oz packages of softened cream cheese c.. 1/2 cup white sugar d.. 1 tsp vanilla e.. 2 eggs f.. 1/2 cup choc chips g.. 2 tspshortening Directions 1.. Split cookies. 2.. Keeping filling on 1 side. 3.. Line muffin pans with FOIL baking cups. 4.. Place filling covered cookies in baking cup, filling side up. 5.. Set aside. 6.. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. 7.. Spoon cream cheese mixture into baking cups. 8.. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. 9.. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 25 minutes or until set. 10.. Cool. 11.. In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with shortening over low heat, stirring frequently. 12.. Drizzle over baked cheesecake. 13.. Cover and chill. Comments I didn't care for the chocolate chip drizzle last time so I omitted it this time. Hope you like them!
