Guest guest
I am no medical authority on any of the so-called cleanses but I do know from experience that your body is going to be traumatized both physically and emotionally when you drastically change your diet. It is my opinion that you should pamper your mind and body and prepare it for the change. By pampering I mean warm soaking baths using no soaps . No heavy lotions that will clog your pores because your body is going to be excreting poisons. Hopefully you will have several days for relaxation, rest and meditation. Your body will need " comfort food " ..Plain veggie broth, non acidic juices, non- caffein green tea, and lots and lots of distilled water. After a few days of detoxifying you can start adding small amounts of fresh fruit and veggies. Congratulations on your choice to take control of your health by eating a Vegetarian diet. I know there are others in the group who will have additional ideas that will help you obtain your goal. Sending healing thoughts your way. Guest guest
Deanna, Thank you for the advice. I'm excited to get this started. Its going to be a whole lifestyle change for me. I told my fiance my plans today and he totally supports me in my choices. Hes probably gonna become a vegetarian with me=0). I'm a little anxious about the fast because I've never fasted before, but I have lots of free time during the day. Until school starts me and my son pretty much just hang out at home. But the cleanse requires some mild exersize so i'm gonna start doing the mother baby yoga with him. Hopefully he likes it. Plus, this will be a great way to shed pregnacy pounds. Also, i've got some good essential oil recipies to go with the whole experience. Tommorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!!! -s- , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k wrote: > > I am no medical authority on any of the so-called cleanses but I do > know from experience that your body is going to be traumatized both > physically and emotionally when you drastically change your diet. Guest guest
I think the master cleanser is good for some people and not so good for others. Every one is different. Triphala is different since it has 3 flowers(herbs) or one for each dosha. It is balanced and clears the intestines, kidneys and liver.
