oooh I LOVE LOVE LOVE Hummus.

it's great as a sandwhich spread... I like lettuce, tomatoes,

cucumbers... really any veggies w/ hummus on a good hearty bread.

Hummus makes a great dip for bread, tortillas, chips, flat bread,

crackers.. and definitely a wonderful dip for veggies.

my kids will eat hummus with a spoon.

I love red pepper hummus on top of steamed greens... it makes a sauce

of sorts, as the greens are a bit wet, so they thin out the hummus

and the greens get coated.. yum.

I like hummus on falafel. stuffed in a pita.. or a falafel salad..

crumble some falafel over some tasty lettuce and dap on a bit of

hummus... like a salad dressing..

I LOVE HUMMUS>
