Guest guest
Sure, here's the Fake Ham Loaf recipe. Put in a food processor: 1 package Yves " ham " deli slices, separated 3 strips Morningstar Farms meatless bacon, cooked (I nuke it for 1 min 30 sec) 3 slices Swiss cheese Whirl together until all are small bits. Then add to food processor: 2 Tbsp water or veg broth 1 Tbsp oil 1/3 cup bread crumbs or panko 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (or substitute prepared mustard) pinch of cayenne, optional Whirl together until mixed Pack into a oiled loaf or other pan. Bake 350 degrees Farenheit for 30 minutes. To make pineapple upside down " ham " loaf, put pineapple circles in bottom of loaf pan and substitute pineapple juice (from pineapple or pineapple can) for the water or broth. Pack mixture on top of pineapple circles and bake. This " ham " loaf is great as an entree or sliced in a sandwich or stuffed into a pita. You can make individual pineapple loaves in oiled cupcake tins.
