I'm curious as to how they compare to chipotle powder, which I make by grinding up dried chipotle peppers after removing the stems and most of the seeds. Yum! Well, my tins arrived today, " La Chinata " brand, and I'm completely stumped as to how to get their lids off. Any suggestions?
