Thanks for the recipe, pt! It sounds really easy and good!! Especially

the malt vinegar. I love vinegar.

 

I also wanted to mention dh and I have been enjoying all sorts of

reubens thanks to everyone's suggestions. Didn't think I'd be able to

have them since going vegan! We tried fried tofu slices and, today,

mushrooms. Yum!! I bought Bubbie's brand sauerkraut at the health food

store and it says it has 230 mg of sodium. I don't know how if that's

alot or not but it tastes a lot less salty than other brands I've

eaten.
