I also wanted to mention dh and I have been enjoying all sorts of reubens thanks to everyone's suggestions. Didn't think I'd be able to have them since going vegan! We tried fried tofu slices and, today, mushrooms. Yum!! I bought Bubbie's brand sauerkraut at the health food store and it says it has 230 mg of sodium.
