lentil loaf Sue

Yes, it turns over on a plate like a meatloaf, it is

good hot and cold the next day in a sandwich. Slices

perfectly. I love this loaf! You can do so much with

it.

I love it too, have some for sandwiches in the fridge, I use a mix of ketchup

and either maple syrup or raw sugar for the top. Also, after the lentils are

done cooking I mash them with a potato masher before adding the rest of the

ingredients, it makes it more loafy, and it makes for better sandwiches for

work, can't have little lentils falling out of your sandwich when you are

sneaking a bite <evil grin>

Oh, and I add some garlic powder too.
