Guest guest
This is so easy its embarassing... I use a spring form pan. Graham cracker crust on the bottom. I usually just use graham cracker crumbs, or maybe chocolate wafers. I don't add butter because the ice cream takes care of that and I don't need the extra calories. Two of your favorite flavors of ice cream, softened. Layer first flavor over the graham crackers. Freeze a bit to harden, then layer softened chocolate chips over it. I like to add some toffee bits too. Freeze a bit to harden some and add other layer of ice cream. Freeze a few hours before serving. My SIL sometimes puts chopped peanuts on the top. Guest guest
Ahh.... yum. If I hadn't already made a devil's food cake, I'd make this as a back-to-school treat for the kids tonight. (Yes, today is the first day back for us.) Sharon akfral wrote: > This is so easy its embarassing... >
