Guest guest
This makes a nice side dish or can be served over pasta or rice for something more hearty. This is a recipe i tried out of this old vegetarian cookbook called 'Ananda'; they are a vegetarian cooperative community founded in 1967. Hippy food! Yay! Lemon- Herb Cauliflower 1 large head cauliflower 1/4 cup butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. oregano Salt and pepper, to taste 3 Tbs. lemon juice or more, to taste 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese Paprika Break cauliflower into florets and steam until crisp-tender. Saute butter and garlic for several minutes. Add herbs and lemon juice. Arrange cauliflower in a baking dish. Add butter mixture and stir well to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dust top with paprika. Bake at 375? for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
