Guest guest Posted August 20, 2006 Report Share Posted August 20, 2006 Cranberry Holiday Relish 2 cups cranberries 1 1/4 cup sugar 1 lemon, squeezed and quartered 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped Wash and pick over cranberries. Place in food processor along with sugar, lemon juice and lemon quarters. Process until well blended and shredded. (Stir in nuts.) Place in jars and refrigerate.
