Ramen Noodles my way

Hello there,

usually just lurking here but thought that I would contribute my use

of the Ramen Noodles. I always have a case of these in my pantry for a

quick hot lunch.

I do not use the flavour packets rather when boiling the water for the

noodles I add fresh diced onion, peppers, grated carrots, celery - or

if I have leftover veggies I add them and then add either Salsa or

tomato paste for big tomato flavour - once fresh veggies are half

cooked I add the noodles. Once cooked I take of stove and throw in

fresh parsley or cilantro, green onions if I have them and frozen peas

and let it sit for a couple minutes for the noodles to absorb more of

the liquid and peas to thaw. One of my favourites, especially in the

fall/winter.
