I made almost the same thing last night just because I ran into a

great sale on bulk green beans.

 

I steamed the fresh green beans, drained, added a hint of basalmnic

vinegar and olive oil, added in a can of diced tomatoes and warmed

 

Before serving I tossed in some cooked penne pasta and made it a main dish.
