Guest guest Posted August 4, 2006 Report Share Posted August 4, 2006 I think I eat something at least every hour of the day from the time I get up until I go to bed and I am not kidding. My first food in the morning is fruit of some kind. Sometimes dried, canned or fresh. Just depends on what I have. I love brunch and usually have a good size meal by then. By good size I mean veggie burger, salad and mashed potatoes and cooked fresh veggies. Durring the day I will munch on raw carrots, or fresh fruit. Oh and I forgot licorice. LOL I also try to eat some type of grains during the day. And then there is always my sauteed onion sandwich. Nope I am not over weight either. Well who knows I don't own a scale.
