That sounds good too. I love variety. I have a recipe that we make here. I

have adapted it from a Pampered Chef Recipe, but made some changes

Focaccia Pizza (not sure if I spelled that right

1 Pillsbury French Bread dough in can cylinder

5 garlic cloves minced

1 Tbsp. Oregano

1 Bell Pepper cut in rings

1/2 onion, sliced thin

2 Tomatoes, sliced thin

2 C. Romano or Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Roll our the French Bread Dough into a sprayed Jelly Roll Pan and spread to fit

the pan. Spread minced garlic over the dough. Add slices of bell pepper,

onions and tomato slices. Sprinkle evenly with oregano. Add more if you think

it needs it. (Sometimes I add some fresh chopped basil leaves and fresh chopped

rosemary.) Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or

until crust is brown underneath and cheese is bubbling.

Enjoy,

Judy

Re: Judy onions and pizza

Here's what I do. I cut a garlic clove in half and

rub it all over the Boboli crust, cover the crust with

sauteed onions and sprinkle parmesan cheese and a few

herbs over the top. I like it without the sauce of

all those other toppings sometimes. It's good

leftover and cold too.
