Believe me I didn't die going thru my hippie flower

child era and it was a wild ride let me tell ya. I

had no problem with giving up anything but the

cigarettes. That will always be a life long battle

for me. I am smoke free now for about 9 years but I

had quit for 10 years before that. I am not a non-

smoker, I'm a recovered smoker but will it last? Who

knows, I do it day by day and I know if I dare light a

cig for someone it's all over. I still think about

them and there are days I want to run right into the

store and buy a pack. I didn't taper off, that was a

crush up the pack, toss the lighter, smash the ashtray

and quit deal for me.

Cigarettes were the worst for me also. I think I've conquered them

but one can't say for sure.
