Fiddleheads in UK? Anyone? - Wee

Little chewy but not rubbery.

I think the aaparagus will work fine, I know you want to try all these

different veggies and I don't blame you at all. If you can't find the

fiddleheads you can use a sub. Now the chayote, that's a different story.

Wee they are not in L.A.either. Guru sent me some from Alaska to try.

Taste was near the lines of asparagus. Maybe you can sub. with

asparagus.
