Guest guest Posted January 14, 2006 Report Share Posted January 14, 2006 After searching through millions of different moussaka recipes, I finally came up with one that would work with what I had and tried it last night. It was a horrible failure!! It was so soupy and BAD! Is it possible to make a good vegan moussaka without all the egg to hold it together?? Also, why so many different recipes? Is it sort of like chili - everyone has their own version? What parts are the important parts that must be in every time? I was thinking the spices and the creamy topping. Thanks for any help!
