Those Samoan families i was fortunate enough to be

friends with back in Hawaii sure knew how to cook

delicious foods... and they do love to eat! You could

not walk into their homes without food being brought

out and served the second you sat down, and everything

was always so good. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

i have to try it; wish we could buy taro leaves and even

taro root around here.

Not sure how you spell it, but Falofa! :)
