Oh man, the first time I made rice it was white glue

and I served it out of the pan in the shape of a

standing " L " just like the side and bottom of the pan

perserving. I love my own food, I rarely eat out. I

know what goes into my food. I make so many different

recipes I hardly have time to get around to trying

them again. If you make something like the lentil loaf

and feel it's blah, spice it up. A coworker makes it

weekly, she adds salsa. I have a friend that makes it

with curry powder, I add a ton of onions, celery and

garlic and horseradish to mine and put smoked paprika

all over the top. My other friend adds chopped

waterchestnuts, cooked bean sprouts and a combo of

teriyaki & soy sauce across the top. That recipe has

some good variations. Sometimes I add ground flaxseed

and tasted black sesame seeds, next time I'm filling

it full of hemp seeds.

Amy and I enjoyed it with a touch of BBQ sauce and

some liquid smoke this past weekend.
